Long-Term Therapy

Deeper, ongoing work

Longer-term therapy allows us to explore more complex patterns, life experiences, and parts of your identity that may feel hard to put into words. It’s a space for growth, healing, and self-reflection, especially if you’re working through grief, relationship issues, or longstanding emotional pain. We’ll go at your pace, working to build trust and connect over time.

Short-Term Therapy

Focused support, 6–12 sessions

Short-term therapy can be helpful if you’re working through a specific challenge, making a decision, or need support during a life transition. We’ll focus on coping skills and actionable steps that move you toward your goals. This approach can be structured and solution-focused, using tools from ACT, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy.

Starting therapy is a courageous step, but it can also feel overwhelming. My priority is to create a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you feel validated, heard, and understood. I strive to make the process feel accessible and supportive, helping you navigate challenges and work toward healing, growth, and fulfilment.
